Morocco is the 3rd offshoring destination in Africa according to the « Global Services Location Index 2019 » carried out by AT Kearney, and the 1st African country in terms of infrastructure quality according to 2019 World Economic Forum. Thus, Morocco is undoubtedly an essential offshoring player worldwide, with a great potential both in the offshoring sector and Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). 

To boost the sector, the country has invested over 150 million dollars (1.5 billion dirhams), and has implemented a dynamic policy in the past few years in order to diversify Morocco’s offshoring offer and join the « Peer Group », a group of States forming the « near relocation belt» and close from the European market.
