It has made its mark thanks to its recognized expertise in the fields of chemistry and parachemistry due to the presence of the Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP), world leader in phosphate chemistry whose activities represent 52% of the sector’s turnover, 90% of exports, and 67% of investments.

Access to raw materials available at low prices opens up significant prospects for the development of chemical and parachemical activities which have a positive impact on other sectors such as agriculture, food processing, building and construction.
